One year after opening its 500th outlet in Germany, DEICHMANN Austria began its success story by starting its first branch in Leonding near Linz in 1992. This outlet created the basis for rapid growth.

Today, about 120 Austrian locations are selling brand-named shoes at affordable prices. The company employs over 900 members of staff in Austria.
